Claire brings over twenty years of hospitality experience including Hotel Management, Revenue Management, and Small Business Management. As one of the very first Property Revenue Managers for Best Western Hotel Groups, she consulted with owners and managers on revenue management best practices. Claire founded Swauger Consulting Services in 2017 to provide remote revenue management services at a fraction of the cost of hiring an on-site revenue manager.

Since entering the hospitality world in 2017, she’s worn nearly every hat in the building, from checking in guests at the front desk to overseeing entire properties as a General Manager. Her hands-on experience in operations eventually led to the world of numbers, and a passion for revenue management. Today, as a CRMA-licensed specialist, she helps our properties to maximize their potential by combining her operational roots with advanced revenue strategy, and is a reliable and vital member of the Swauger Consulting team.
